_ [debian] 続々々々々々・uim 1.8.6 以降に向けて

• fix “character” typo (sigscheme)
• fix “information” and “succeeded” typos and update po files (uim)

の typo 修正を upstream master にマージ。 また、 git.debian.org の exp ブランチで lintian warning をいろいろ修正。
