_ [debian] uim 細かい修正

spelling-error-in-binary を黙らすために fix “empty” typo と fix “occurred” typo を pull-req。 spelling-error-in-copyright はさすがに copyright をいじるのはどうかと思うので override で(前から)。 obsolete-url-in-packaging を黙らすために replace http://code.google.com/p/uim/ with https://github.com/uim/uim (WIP) を pull-req。ただし単純に置き換えできないところがある。例えば http://code.google.com/p/uim-doc-ja/wiki/ が github に移転してないので please export uim-doc-ja from Google Code として報告。

を潰して、AutomaticDebugPackages に対応した。元ネタは libbluray と x265。
